OUR STORY
Rosina planted cacao where tobacco used to grow.
Over a decade ago, my grandmother Rosina replaced tobacco rows with cacao saplings on our family land in the Cibao Valley. She waited years for the first harvest and planted anyway. Today, I run the wholesale program from Miami so chocolatiers across the US can source the beans she raised. Every sack is traceable to her land in Loma de los Ángeles, La Vega.
