Wholesale-grade Trinitario/Criollo cacao beans grown on our family farm in La Vega, Cibao Valley, Dominican Republic. Naturally fermented for 5–7 days, sun-dried on raised platforms, hand-sorted, and packed in traditional 50 kg / 110 lb burlap jute sacks for export.
